Image Sort

Image Sort lets you sort or rename your image files using attributes from the file and image. For example, you could sort images based into folders based on the date each photo was taken e.g.

image sort-01

Or you could sort the images into 2 folder levels, first by year, then by month e.g.

image sort-02

Or you may want to sort the files further, by the model of the device used to capture the image, e.g.

image sort-03

You can accomplish all this and more easily using the appropriate tags for the file naming convention. For a list of recognised tags, see Using tags to name folder and files'.
